1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the wlbd platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or playing any game — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the wlbd platform.

These Terms & Conditions form the entire agreement between you and wlbd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. wlbd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on wlbd you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Age verification may be requested at any time and failure to satisfy it will result in account closure.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and when placing bets or accessing any game on the platform.
• You may only open one personal account on wlbd. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information at registration and update it promptly whenever any details change.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or affiliate of wlbd, nor an immediate family member of any such person, when registering or placing bets.

3Account Registration and Security

When registering your wlbd account you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and create a secure password. The following obligations apply to all account holders:

• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. wlbd is not liable for losses from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify wlbd immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• wlbd may request KYC identity documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
• wlbd reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including where it suspects fraud, terms violations or money laundering.

Account holders are responsible for all activity conducted through their account, whether or not authorised by them. wlbd is not liable for losses caused by a third party's use of your login credentials.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

wlbd processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

• The minimum deposit is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount may vary and is displayed in the Wallet section of your account at the time of the transaction.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. wlbd may add or remove payment methods at its discretion without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. wlbd may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• wlbd does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• wlbd is not responsible for fees, charges or currency conversion costs levied by your bank or mobile money provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

5Bonuses and Promotions

wlbd offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are credited at wlbd's sole discretion and are not guaranteed. wlbd may amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The rollover multiplier and eligible games for each offer will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used once per player, per household and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard withdrawal process.
• Seasonal promotions timed around Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL and the T20 World Cup are subject to individual promotion terms published on the wlbd platform at the time of each promotion.

Bonus abuse — including use of duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploitation of system errors, or coordinated wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in account suspension, forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

6Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed through the wlbd sportsbook. Game-specific rules for casino titles, crash games and slots are governed by the respective game providers and are available within the individual games:

• All bets are final once confirmed. wlbd will not void or reverse a confirmed bet except where a system error or data feed error is identified that materially affected the odds displayed at the time of the bet.
• wlbd may limit the maximum stake on any bet, event or market at its discretion, including for high-value accounts or in response to unusual betting patterns.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport rules as defined by wlbd at the time of the event listing.
• Any bet placed using funds identified as originating from fraudulent activity or in violation of these terms will be voided and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

7Responsible Gaming

wlbd is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and to preventing gambling-related harm. The following tools are available free of charge to all registered account holders:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap at any time via account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits — set a cap on total time spent on the platform per session or per day. Once the limit is reached you are automatically logged out.
• Time-out — request a temporary account suspension between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out you cannot log in, deposit or place bets.
• Self-exclusion — request permanent self-exclusion by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum of 12 months, during which wlbd will close your account and block re-registration.

wlbd enforces the 21+ minimum age strictly. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed without notice and all balances forfeited. 8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on wlbd. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information at registration or during KYC verification at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful financial activity, including depositing and withdrawing funds unconnected to genuine gaming activity.
• Using bots, scripts, automated systems or any artificial means to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, or to manipulate game outcomes.
• Opening duplicate or multiple accounts in your own name or using false identities to claim multiple bonuses or bypass account restrictions.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corrupt betting in connection with any sporting event or casino game available on the wlbd platform.

wlbd cooperates fully with law enforcement in Bangladesh and internationally regarding any investigation into suspected prohibited conduct by platform users. Where prohibited conduct is identified, wlbd will freeze the relevant account immediately and preserve all associated records pending investigation.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the wlbd platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software and the overall design — is the property of wlbd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any platform content without the express prior written consent of wlbd. Unauthorised use of wlbd's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wlbd, its directors, officers, employees, agents and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption or system failure — whether arising from contract, tort or otherwise, even if wlbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

wlbd makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors, viruses or other harmful components. wlbd is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, payment processing delays, or data errors caused by third-party systems including mobile banking providers and internet service providers.

11Privacy and Data Protection

wlbd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these terms you also accept the wlbd Privacy Policy. Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations and improve the platform. wlbd does not sell personal data to third parties. 12Amendments to These Terms

wlbd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, wlbd will notify registered users via their account contact details or by a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect. Non-material amendments may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately on publication.

Your continued use of the wlbd platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the wlbd platform shall first be referred to wlbd's customer support team for informal resolution. wlbd aims to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. Nothing in this clause limits wlbd's right to seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
